William V. Lucas

William Vincent Lucas (July 3, 1835 - November 10, 1921) was a U.S. Republican politician.
He was born near Delphi, Indiana. He was elected as a Republican to the United States House of Representatives from South Dakota in 1892, and served from March 4, 1893 to March 3, 1895. He died in Santa Cruz, California.
