William Allen Blair (born December 18, 1965 in Paintsville, Kentucky) is a former journeyman right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball who played from 1990-2001. Blair was originally drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 11th round of the 1986 amateur draft. In his career, Blair pitched with the Blue Jays (1990), Cleveland Indians (1991), Houston Astros (1992), Colorado Rockies (1993-94), San Diego Padres (1995-96), Detroit Tigers (1997, 1999-2001), Arizona Diamondbacks (1998), and New York Mets (1998). His best year was 1997, in which he had 16-8 record and an ERA of 4.17.
