Wills Valley Railroad
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Wills Valley Railroad was built in 1860 to run from Trenton, Georgia, to Wauhatchie, Tennessee, where it was to meet the Nashville and Chattanooga Railroad Company. Its growth was stunted by the civil war and the following economic problems and it was finally merged with the North East and South West Alabama Railroad to become the Alabama and Chattanooga Railroad in 1868.
