During drama rehearsal, Sam is forced to sit in Josh's lap; Josh has an erection. Sam tells Carmen about his erection, but accidentally sends an email to the entire school discussing it. Rumors begin spreading throughout the school, and a big and surprising secret is revelaed: Brooke and Josh have never had sex, with each other or otherwise. Meanwhile, Lily gets a job at a fast food restaurant, and must face it. Josh decides to ask for advice from Sam, and a drunk Brooke asks Harrison John for some help of her own.
