Wine clip
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Wine Clip is a patented magnetic clip that attaches to the neck of a bottle of wine. It is claimed that it improves the flavor of the wine as it is poured.
The company claims the Clip works by affecting the polar molecules of the wine as it passes by the magnet. They claim that the magnet affects tannins in the wine, resulting in a softer and more aerated taste.
Several informal independent tests have found that the Clip has no discernible effect, while several others have found it to be effective, epecially on tannic red wines.
