Winfield, British Columbia

Winfield is a small-town outskirt of Kelowna, British Columbia. It is situated north and slightly east of Kelowna, along Highway 97. The town is adjacent to Wood Lake which attract summer visitors. The economy is based on light manufacturing and tourism in addition to being a bedroom community for Kelowna.
The area has three public schools Davidson Road Elementary School, Peter Greer Elementary School, and George Elliot Secondary School. The schools in the area are operated by School District 23 Central Okanagan based in Kelowna.
