State Trunk Highway 21 (often called Highway 21, STH 21 or WIS 21) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs east-west across the center of the state between Sparta and Oshkosh.
The east terminus is at the corner of Algoma Blvd and West Murdock Ave in Oshkosh. In typical Wisconsin fashion, Highway 21 follows WIS 16 for 0.5 mile (0.8 km) westward from where they junction to WIS 27 where it ends there.
