WKEE/100 KEE-FM is a CHR Top 40 radio station serving the "Tri-State area" of Huntington, West Virginia, Ashland, Kentucky, and Ironton, Ohio. WKEE is a "grandfathered" radio station, and the second most powerful FM radio station licensed in the state of West Virginia, with an Effective Radiated Power of 53,000 watts. WKEE also uses a 27,000 watt auxiliary station for backup. WKEE was formerly owned by AM-FM Licenses, and now owned by Clear Channel Communications, along with WTCR-FM, WTCR-AM, WAMX-FM, WBKS-FM, WBVB-FM, and WVHU-AM. Currenetly WKEE is tied for second in the Huntington-Ashland Metropolitan Statistical Area Arbitron ratings.

WKEE is currently up for sale, along with its sister stations in the market. The company that is most likely to buy these stations is Morgantown based West Virginia Radio Corporation.
