WLAY-FM is a Country radio station in the Florence/Muscle Shoals, AL market that operates at 103.5 on the FM dial. It is licensed to Littleville, AL.
WLAY-AM is also part of the Florence/Muscle Shoals, AL market and is heard at 1450 AM. It is licensed to the city of Muscle Shoals, AL. WLAY-AM is one of the oldest broadcast stations in Alabama and the Southern United States. It presently airs a unique "Muscle Shoals & Blues" format. The only music played on the station is music that originates from the area's very esteemed recording studios and record labels. Since changing to this format in 2005, the radio station has received national acclaim from music enthusiasts and pop music historians.
Both stations are owned by URBan Radio Broadcasting and are part of a six station cluster operated by URBan in North Alabama/Southern Tennessee.
