WorkForce Software is a Michigan-based company providing web-based workforce management solutions for large and mid-size companies. Its EmpCenter product suite includes components for time and attendance, activity-based costing, multiple assignments, accruals and absence management, and FMLA. WorkForce Software's automation of business processes such as timesheet routing, e-mail notification, and retroactive calculations are designed to help employers reduce costs while maintaining a “best practices” approach to Enterprise Workforce Management.
Founded in 1999, WorkForce Software was the first to market with a true, 100% J2EE web-based system. It continues to incorporate leading but stable technology such as Java and XML to deliver a scalable and flexible solution on multiple platforms, and supports a variety of database systems such as Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
