Wosene Worke Kosrof

Wosene Worke Kosrof (b. 1950) is an Ethiopian painter and mixed-media artist.
Kosrof was awarded his BFA from the School of Fine Arts in Addis Ababa in 1972, and received an MFA from Howard University in 1980. He taught at Vermont College for some time, and has participated in numerous international workshops and residency programs. His studio is located in Berkeley, California; some of his work is in the collection of the National Museum of African Art in Washington, DC.
