XHBJ is the television call sign for the Televisa television station channel 45 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The station rebroadcasts Mexico City's XHGC-TV, with a 2-hour delay and local ads. When the station had been established, it was a satellite for XEQ-TV, Mexico's Galavision (no relation to Univision's cable channel). It has since transmitted XHGC-TV Canal 5, which contains youth oriented programming.
