The Yazoo County School District is a public school district based in Yazoo County, Mississippi (USA).
The district serves the town of Bentonia, the villages of Eden and Satartia, as well as most rural areas in Yazoo County.

There were a total of 1,875 students enrolled in the Yazoo County School District during the 2005-2006 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 49% female and 51% male. The racial makeup of the district was 53% African American, 46% White, and less than 1% Hispanic and Native American.[1]
