Yester cow

Yester Cows are a less common species of cow often found in the Rocky Mountains. Because of their rarity, Yester Cows often sale for upwards of 7-15,000 dollars per head.
DESCRIPTION
Yester Cows come in a variety of colors, and sizes. The smallest can be about the size of a half-grown golden retriever when fully matured. The largest can be the size of a large buffalo. Yester Cows are often found in herds of 200 to 300. The most commonly seen (although all Yester Cows are rarely seen) have long, shaggy dark brown hair, quite like a buffalo. Some people actually mistake Yester Cows for buffalo. The rarest of the Yester Cows, the Long-Horned Yester Cow, is the largest and most valuable. It is most commonly covered in shaggy black hair, but there have been reports of a White Long-Horned Yester Cow. While actually unconfirmed, there is a small possibility that the White Long-Horned Yester Cow actually exists.
Origin
While the origin of the Yester Cow is unkown, many believe that the Native Americans of the Western Rockies breeded Spanish horses with American Buffalo to make the Yester Cow. Others Believe that the Vikings traveled further inland and left them here after barbaric battles with Native Americans. Some people, numbering around 3, believe that Aliens brought them from Galaxy Xenogra, Phi Delta 4, dropped them off here in an attempt to take over the human race. None of these theories have been proven, because of the extreme difficulty of catching a Yester Cow.
SIGHTINGS
Within the past 50 years there have only been two sightings of the Yester Cow. In 1975, Andrew Murray was camping in the Uintah Mountain Range, a mountain range within the Rocky Mountains running through parts of Utah, when he wandered off in the woods and thought at first to have spotted a baby buffalo. But, Andrew quickly realized there was something wrong with the buffalo so he approached. When he came upon the "buffalo" he realized that this was no ordinary buffalo. After approaching the Fish & Game Officer Andrew learned that what he had just seen was in fact a full-grown Yestermüten, the smallest of the Yester Cows. Andrew went back but never spotted the Yestermüten again. When asked by his local newspaper, The Herald Journal, about the Yestermüten, Andrew said, "I never thought such a thing existed! It was like a miniature buffalo. I wanted to pick it up and take it home. But I never saw it again. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't have seen it."
