Yuko Arimori is a Japanese athlete who competed mainly in the marathon. She was born on December 17, 1966 in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. She married Gabriel Pattillo Wilson on January 14, 1998 in Boulder, Colorado, USA.
She competed for Japan in the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona, Spain in the Marathon where she won the silver medal.
In Atlanta 4 years later she returned to the Olympic marathon, but this time only managed to get the bronze medal having finished one place behind Russian Valentina Yegorova for a second consecutive time.
