Thanks for reviewing it Rick, I went to more neutral because my sources are all in German language and its hard to make them available in English. I will work on the Formatting and editting as I am just a beginner in Wikipedia.

The topic is inherently a controversial one. It is a real challenge to be neutral, but I will do my best, and make a learning expirience out of it. Because all valuable and reliable sources are bound to the German Language I will continue in the German Wikipedia Site. Thanks.
