Zoruru was formely Dororo's (back when he was Zeroro) partner and was thought to be killed in action, but after joining the Garuru Platoon, he became part-cyborg and now wants revenge on Dororo, believing Dororo was too scared to save him. He is a gray Keronian frog with a robot blade arm taking place of his arm, which can extend into a blade. He has a robot eye in the place of his right eye, and his left eye is covered by a metal piece.In revenge,he destroyed Mutsumi and koyuki. Dororo revived them by using his ninja powers to stab Tororo's "office'. Zoruru is defeated by Dororo due to him forgeting Zoruru's name.Dororo tries desperately to remember his name, mistaking him for Girara,Dasasa,and Tosasa, his classmates.When the Garuru Platoon leaves, Zoruru is in a position which is seen many times, Dororo's trauma switch.
In the Tokyopop manga of Keroro Gunso, the letter R was written backwards whenever he spoke.
