- 1: Kagami-no-ma (Room of mirror)
- 2: Hashigakari (Bridge)
- 3: Stage
- 4-7: Four pillers called Metsuke-Bashira, Shite-Bashira, Fue-Bashira, and Waki-Bashira, respectively.
- 8: Jiutai-za. Jiutai (Coros-like singers) are sitting here.
- 9: Musical instruments players are sitting here. From the left stage to right, Kue-za (player of transvers flutes called No-kan), Kotsuzumi-za (small drum), Ohtsuzumi-za (midium drum), and optionally, Taiko-za (large drum).
- 10: kohken-za (a prompter)
- 11: Kyogen-za (Kyogen-shi, a comic player, also appeared in some works)
- 12 : Kizahashi (Steps)
- 13: Shirazu (White sands)
- 14-16: Pine trees (the first, the second, and the third, respectively)
- 17: Gakuya (Backstage)
- 18: Makuguchi (Main entrance to the stage. Kagamino-ma and Hashigakari were boardered by a curtain called Agemaku. Agemaku is coloured in three or five colours. Actors and instrument players walk through this entrance.
- 19: Kirido-guchi. Entrance for Jiutai singers and Kohken prompter.
- 20: Kagami-ita. A drawing of verdant pine tree. Typically drawen in manner of Kano-school.
