Henry Mancini

Henry Mancini (16. dubna 1924 Ohio – 14. června 1994 Los Angeles) je světově známý americký skladatel, dirigent a aranžér. Proslavil se hlavně jako skladatel filmové a televizní hudby. Mancini také získal rekordní počet ocenění Grammy, včetně ocenění za celoživotní dílo, které mu bylo uděleno in memoriam v roce 1995. Jeho nejznámější prací je jazzový idiom doprovázející filmovou sérii Růžový panter úvodním motivem The Pink Panther theme.
