Note: This Image was taken and published in the former, no more existing Socialist State of Yugoslavia, and as such does not has any copyright protection according the Yugoslavia law, because that state and that law don’t exist any more. The Yugoslavia is divided in many different small states with own laws.
According to the 1998 law on copyright in Serbia and Montenegro photos are protected for 50 years after the death of the phtographer. Works by anonymous are protected for 50 years after publication.
This image is 65 years old and were published in all school books in Socialist State of Yugoslavia, and as such the image is public domain.
Zabeleška: Ova slika je snimljena i izdata u bivšoj, više nepostoječoj Jugoslaviji, i kao takva nema postoječu zaštitu u sklopu sa Jugoslovenskim zakonom, pošto ta država i taj zakon više ne postoje. Jugoslavija je podeljena u više raznih država/državica koje imaju svoje zakone.
U sklopu sa zakonom Srbije i Crne Gore iz 1998 god., slike su zaštičene 50god. posle smrti fotografa. Slike od anonimnih fotografa su zaštičene 50god. posle objavljivanja.
Ova slika je 65 god. stara i bila je objavljena u svim školskim knjigama SFRJ, i kao takva slika je javno vlastništvo.
