Each respective battles (Japanese: それぞれの闘い - Sorezore no tatakai) is episode 121 of the anime series Naruto. The episode's storyline is from the Sasuke Retrieval manga arc.

Ukon separates from Kiba's body before he can strike the finishing blow. Kiba throws the kunai and sets off some smoke bombs so that he can get away for a while. Ukon see Akamaru and when they try to attack it it blows up and sends a array of knives at Ukon. Kiba hides behind a rock formation with Akamaru, but with his injury, it won't take long for them to find him. Kiba remebers when he was young he was first taking care of Akamaru, to whom his parents introduced to. It seems they would be friends until Akamaru pissed on him but they became friends anyway. Another memory shows them running after each other and playing catch with a stick. Another one shows Kiba getting punched by his mom telling him to become stronger along with Akamaru. Then we see them doing the dymanic marking and them sleeping in a cave. Meanwhile Ukon has been injured deeply by the amount of kunais that have penetrated his body. Sakon is still washing out his eyes until he sees him in his level one form because Ukon wants to go to sleep and tells Sakon to wake him up when he captured him.
Meanwhile, Naruto has his trouble with Kimimaro who is able to use his own bones as a weapons. No matter the amount of kunais he throws or attacks he makes Kimimaro is able to dodge them all. Kiminaro performs Dance of the Willows. More shadow clones jump but Kiminaro shoots bones out of his elbows, knees, and mouth to kill them. Kiminaro unzips his jacket and takes it off and grows a bone out of his shoulder and grabs it like a sword. And to make matter worse, Sasuke's process is almost complete. Kimimaro uses Dance of the Camerilla.
Shikamaru is having his share of difficulties too. Tayuya sends all of her monsters to attack him and Shikamaru dodges by a subsitute just barely. Kiba in his battle smells something above and his vision is blurring along with restricted body movements. Sakon sees Kiba's bloody tracks and only finds his jacket. Kiba has apparently dove into the river to retreat for a little while longer.
Shikamaru understands by now that Tayuya is controlling them from far away. Just when Shikamaru thinks he has the advantage, Tayuya changes the song of her flute. The song makes all three warriors attack at the same time. Things aren't turning out well for the three warriors.
