"Give 'Em Hell, Kid" is the second track on My Chemical Romance's second studio album, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, released in 2004. "Give 'Em Hell, Kid" does not seem to relate to the "star-crossed" lovers story told in I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love or Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. Gerard Way has stated that the song is about "getting knocked the fuck up", as shown by the last line "and then we'll run away!".
During a show on March 13th, Gerard Way stated that this song was made for his brother, Mikey Way.
