Grandview Township is one of the twenty-two townships of Washington County, Ohio, United States. No other township in Ohio is named Grandview Township.
It borders the following townships:
- Jackson Township, Monroe County: northeast
- Benton Township, Monroe County: north
- Washington Township, Monroe County: northwest corner
- Ludlow Township: west
- Independence Township: southwest
To the south and east, Grandview Township borders West Virginia across the Ohio River.
