Imidazolidine is a heterocyclic compound formally derived by the addition of four hydrogen atoms to imidazole. The intermediate, resulting from the addition of only two hydrogen atoms is called dihydroimidazole. The relationship of Imidazoline to related compounds is indicated in the Figure.
