In this story, Rocko gets 2 plane tickets to Las Vegas for a comic book convention, but Heffer is afraid of flying. Once on the plane, many bad things happen, such as the wings coming off due to two very high mountains. In the end Heffer is no longer afraid of flying, but Rocko is. Rocko ends up taking a bus to Las Vegas.

- This episode was pulled from reruns because of 9/11 at one point.
- Jet Scream is a spoof off Jet Stream.
- Heffer actually shouts out the line he says just as the opening ends during this episode: "THAT WAS A HOOT!"

In this story, Rocko has an extremely difficult time trying to give Spunky a bath. This creates problems for Bloaty and Squirmy, two parasites that live on Spunky's fur and have their own theme song, when Bloaty's boss comes over for dinner.

- The following television shows are parodied: The Honeymooners (basic show on Spunky's fur), The Patty Duke Show (the theme song of the show), Gilligan's Island (when Bloaty and Squirmy end up on Rocko's fur), and I Love Lucy (when the germs on Bloaty's skin are shown).
