Joe Rogers

Joseph B. Rogers (b. 1965 in Omaha, Nebraska) is a politician who was sworn in as the youngest Lieutenant Governor in Colorado history.
Rogers is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha, the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African Americans.
In 1996, Rogers ran for Colorado's First Congressional District as a republican gaining 42% of the vote.[1]. Then in 1998 he became lieutenant governor.
