KBCS-FM

KBCS-FM (91.3 MHz) is a community radio station serving the Puget Sound region. The station is licensed to Bellevue Community College and broadcasts at 91.3MHz with an power of 8,000 watts. The transmitter and studios are located in Bellevue, Washington.
The station was founded in 1973. The general manager is Steve Ramsey. KBCS's programming includes folk, jazz, world and blues music. News and Public Affairs programming includes Democracy Now and headline news from the BBC. The station is a Pacifica affiliate.
