- Oppose. The definition of city in Indonesia is a city/town which have autonomy status (Daerah Otonom, so is Kabupaten). As a matter in fact, this article also lists cities which have no autonomy status (most of them are kabupaten seats, such as Cilacap, Subang, etc).
