This article is a mess. Can you imagine if we had an article about a real city that mentioned "there are rumours of a crack den"? That sentence would last five seconds. It needs to be rewritten, entirely, in a neutral, encyclopaedic manner, without game guide information, or it needs to be deleted as being too indepth for a general encyclopaedia - it might be better on the OblivioWiki.
