[edit] AfDs
You might want to check your recent contributions, because some of your AfD comments seem to be turning up in the wrong places. You've referred to a town in Montenegro as a "game" (having previously nominated it as a non-notable place) and a Polish soup as a "town". [edit] Welcome
Welcome!
Hello, M8v2, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! Mangojuicetalk 04:43, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
By the way, it's probably best if you don't blank your talk page when someone leaves you a message: it can be taken as rude. I actually came to ask if you would consider withdrawing your AfD nominations for Spuž and Łęczna; notability never has applied to towns, and there's really no chance those articles would be deleted. If you're willing to withdraw your nominations, just say so in the debates, and then we can speedy keep those articles, avoiding any further debate. Mangojuicetalk 04:43, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Deletions of town articles
I have closed some deletion debates you started as "speedy keep". Wikipedia obviously should have articles on all towns in the world. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia by nominating articles about towns for deletion, unless you have reason to distrust the article's truthfulness. Thank you, Kusma (討論) 08:06, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Seriously
They keep reverting my edits on other pages i just want to know why you hate battlefield so much--Badhand 01:39, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] PoE Internal Link
Oh come on, now, M8v2. At this point you really are beginning to look like a troll. I'm trying to assume good faith here, but PoE not belonging to the BF2 article? As you may notice, the BF42 page has a link to "list of battlefield 1942 mods", a corresponding page for BF2 mods has not been stablished yet, mostly because of the small number of BF2 mods that have been released. A while ago, PoE and a number of BF2 mods were linked on the page, though most of the other mod pages were deleted in a crusade by someone (I forget who) not too long ago; I believe mostly because the mods were not released yet. Regardless, PoE2 has been released so I very much insist on it staying linked on that page until a list of bf2 mods article has been created. 69.124.143.230 06:08, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Earth's Special Forces
- This nomination wasn't quite done correctly. If an article is being nominated a second time, you need to use the {{afd-x}} template. You may now follow the link at the article. Wickethewok 06:59, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hoax articles
Just so you know, hoax articles are not a criterion for speedy deletion. See Wikipedia:Hoaxes for more information. Khatru2 00:13, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Deletions
When you see a problem article that might be eligible for speedy deletion, please consider whether it might be possible to salvage the article by adding references to demonstrate that the topic is notable. I often find that a weak article can be improved with a bit of research. Even something that looks like an ad but is about a notable company can often be rewritten so that it has a neutral point of view and has good verifiable reference. --TruthbringerToronto (Talk | contribs) 03:37, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Deletion nomination
It appears to me that some of your nominations are incomplete; see Template:AfD in 3 steps for details. In particular, it seems that you are not using the afd2 and the afd3 templates. Tizio, Caio, Sempronio 10:00, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
- Of course. :) It sucks to be blocked for something you didn't have anything to do with, so I make it a point to check on these now and then. Luna Santin 19:11, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] AfD Nomination: Frank Lebron
An editor has nominated the article Frank Lebron for deletion, under the Articles for deletion process. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the nomination (also see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Your opinions on why the topic of the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome: participate in the discussion by editing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Frank Lebron. Add four tildes like this ˜˜˜˜ to sign your comments. You can also edit the article Frank Lebron during the discussion, but do not remove the "Articles for Deletion" template (the box at the top of the article), this will not end the deletion debate. -- BlckKnght 05:36, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] vanity
Just a friendly note to say that the use of the word "vanity" in AFD discussions is now discouraged. Please instead use "conflict of interest" per WP:COI. Cheers, Jpeob 12:18, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Ok
Hey, it's alright. And thanks for offering, I'll keep that in mind =]
[edit] License tagging for Image:Armoredfury.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Armoredfury.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 05:05, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Giving rationales at AFD
SSOE (AfD discussion) Please give proper rationales at AFD. "nn app" is incomprehensible gibberish to most of the world. Uncle G 15:02, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] radiotime.com spam
You asked why I considered this to be spam - most of the links to the website were added systematically by anon IP. While it appears non-commercial, there are a variety of products they sell or promote. More info: Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Spam#Radio_station_spam_-_radiotime.com. I won't revert your edit, but I just wanted you to know why I deleted it. Thanks. Nposs 03:25, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
