[edit] Nintendo buys rights?
Can somebody verify this? I think it's kind of sketchy.
- In a nutshell, Square owns Mallow. Paper Mario was originally titled Super Mario RPG 2.[1] However, because of Square's involvement in the original game, direct sequels were not legally possible without Square's permission and/or involvement, so the title was changed, although the development of the game mechanic itself went for the most part unaltered. Geno was featured in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, albeit in doll form. This is the only instance of a character originating from Super Mario RPG in another game. Square was credited at the end for owning the rights to Geno. Taric25 21:13, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Spoilers in category
Does the "fictional princes" category count as a spoiler?
- I don't believe categories count as spoilers. Taric25 21:13, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Appropriate Sources
Many game articles list walkthroughs as sources. Before removing a source, please discuss it on the talk page. Taric25 21:13, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] This should probably be merged
The article is pretty small. It's pretty much the right size for a section on a list. Any objections to moving it to an appropriate character list(no clue as of which one yet)? Nemu 20:19, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
