Mike Woicik

Mike Woicik (born September 26, 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American football strength and conditioning coach for the New England Patriots of the National Football League.
He graduated from Westwood High School in Massachusetts. He went to Boston College where he earned a bachelor's degree in history. He then went to Springfield College to receive his master's degree in physical education.
Woicik is best known for his record-breaking six Super Bowl rings. He received three with the New England Patriots and three with the Dallas Cowboys. Woicik has also won the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Society's Coach of the Year Award two times (1992 and 2004).
Woicik has also authored a book Total Conditioning for Football: The Syracuse Way (1985).
