Pusat Cemerlang Silat, located in Kajang was formed on the 31st of August 2002. It was first situated at Wisma CTL in Kajang town but has since relocated to Taman Mesra due to the location's proximity to the Grandmaster's home. [edit] Function
PCS administrates silat clubs in more than 20 schools in and around areas such as Kajang, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Ampang and Bangi.
