Raj is an Indian elephant from the Cartoon Network original animated series, Camp Lazlo. He made his first appearance in "Gone Fishin'," which premiered on July 8, 2005.

One of Lazlo's bunkmates in the Jelly Bean Cabin at Camp Kidney, Raj is a cautious Indian elephant with some serious hang-ups. He hates messes, cowers from water, snakes and bugs, and is afraid of being alone. Because of his voice, naĩveness and vainness, he is likely to be the youngest Bean Scout, despite his size. He cries very often, more often than Lazlo. He pronounces Lumpus' name as "Loompus", unlike everyone else. It is revealed in the episode "Swimming Buddy" that he has a habit of hiccuping when he is frightened. In spite of his fears, Raj sticks with his friends in their adventures because like them, he loves fun, almost as much as his record collection. He speaks with a distinct Indian accent, loves marshmallows, sometimes to the point where he is completely addicted to them, and sometimes has to bring Lazlo back down to Earth. His secret ambition is to become a professional disc jockey, as shown in "The Nothing Club" and reinforced in "Burpless Bean". "Float Trippers" revealed that Raj has/had a retainer, and that it was his last day, but if he didn't wear it, his teeth would overgrow. He didn't wear it evidently and his teeth fell apart when he fell down a waterfall. Raj has two bellybuttons (one on top and one below), which is proven in "Hot Spring Fever" to be his gross secret, according to Sampson. Also revealed in "Hot Spring Fever" he gets acne when he is not at the hot springs. It is also revealed that he has an older brother who ran away and joined the circus because of his teeth (he didn't wear a retainer) and has 57 cousins. He has a blanket for every day of the week as revealed in "Lights Out". He played the lead role in a play put on by the Bean Scouts. He is a loyal friend to Lazlo. He is also one of the few people to correctly pronounce Lumpus's name (although this may just be because of his accent). According to a Fridays "Behind The Scenes" commercial, he has a phobia of anything that slithers or crawls. Voiced by Jeff Bennett. Also Elebug which was formaly Raj's pet bug intill it turned into a giant bug and took the scoutmaster away. Raj wears a combination of a beanie and a fez instead of the usual Bean Scout hat that allows him to fly.
