This is a combat sport played on a 20- by 2-meter surface known as a "mattress." In it, the two players have to repeatedly headbutt their opponent in the chest. If the whole of their opponent's neck goes over the blue line, they score a "red card," which is worth 3 points. If the whole of their head but not their neck goes over the line, a "yellow card," worth 1 point, is awarded. The person with the most points after 20 minutes wins. If there's a tie, a coin toss is conducted, and the winner scores another point.
