For those who contact me regularly, I've setup a new method of giving me messages so that people from different sections of Wikipedia don't get caught up in the conflicts and or editing of myself in other areas among other things, to make my editing more time effiecent.
I'm going to have four talk pages
- Sri Lanka Related
- Middle East and Africa related
- General (this talk page)
- United Nations and Aid Group related (yeh to be indroduced as I've only done aid group Suas Educational Development and that's about it.)

Becareful with use of words as other editors are cyber stalking me and my work and where ever I post they follow me around may be they are also follwing you around against WP:Stalk. I am already well aware that users check this page on a regular basis as with my other edits, this has been happening for quiet a while and I am not very worried at all. Most of my edits aren't actually Sri Lanka related now days anyway, but the few that are I make sure to keep to the highest Wikipedian standard. As for accusations of my personal "insults", They say when as one looks to see death smiling upon him, all he can do is smile back, well, Well by relative comparison, when one looks upon such accusations smiling upon him, all one can do is fall off his chair laughing and maybe crying a little. = D I think I just cracked a funny. --Sharz 23:14, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

- Thank you for the acknowledgement and your gracious invitation. I would like to collaborate on various projects of common interest. I see from your user page that we share a number of interests, including the civil war in Sri Lanka and human rights (my general interest/specialization is mostly civil conflict in the Middle East, south Asia, and (to a lesser extent) central Africa). In fact, one of the first articles I created was about the truck bombing in Digampathana in October 2006. I noticed that you created the Gulf War WikiProject page and have listed Kuwaiti oil fires as an article for expansion. I have some knowledge of the environmental impact of the fires on Kuwait and the Persian Gulf region and will gladly add a section to the article in a day or so once I do some research.

Your decision is understandable, infact I would have done the same if some one used my application as a spring board to ask for modification to my behavior.Infact I would have done the same day. I commend you for waiting around. Infact without people like you who is active editor on SL related issues, SLR will be unable to achieve it's stated goal. Remember nothing we create in wiki belongs to anyone. SLR project is not anyone's personal domain. I will argue that its membership be open up to anyone who wants to join not even have a qualification process. Those who join then have to agree together on decisions. We have had one good resolution so far about TN and AT. We were discussing about Terrorist tag. Because you are outside of it even Lahiru_k who is inside of it does not have to compromise with you. Please reconsider your decision inpite of the humiliation you may have felt based on the questioning for the sake of common good.RaveenS 01:52, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

However I think a classic line in this discussion would be, "we do not negotiate with terrorist", ie if Lahru_k wants to make unjustified edits (and most likely in coming days, Snowolfd4 too), then so be it, I'm not doing anything wrong. --Sharz 11:52, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- So far the only item we have decided is AT vs TN. That's it. I have not seen members Lahiru_k, Kerr or myself ever breach it. Now we are discussing terrorist tag issue. Once it is resolved and every one agrees (i.e members only) that will also binding. About Snow or any body else who are outside of the group, they can ifthey want to be still not abide by our decisions, i.e their decision and if they breach Wiki rules we will use wiki process. All what this process is doing the follwing
- 1. Where ever there is room for interpretation of wiki rules such as WP:RS then we come to an agreement (TN versus AT an example)
- 2.If there is something peculiar to Sri Lanka related articles that is not yet government by wiki rules then we invent it.
- This group is nothing more than the above 2 points inspite of it’s lofty goal. It can work only if more Sri Lanka specific editors such as your self, Iwazaki and Snowwulf become members and agree to discuss contentious issues and resolve them. Even it has 100 members who are neutral and established but few very active Sri Lanka specific members outside of it, it will not meet it’s goal of achieving some semblance of reconciliation. Hence my arguments that marginal or not, it needs everyone within it than outside of it just to get resolutions of at least few issues. We will no longer will have any contentions about AT versus TN . That’s one less issue to worry about. That’s all. ThanksRaveenS 18:11, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

I created Assassinations and murders during the Sri Lankan civil war article by merging two articles, one was Attributed to the LTTE and the other to the government. Both were unstable and always had the tinge of POV over them and were cause of lot of edit wars. So I merged them and created this to minimize the conflict. When you have time, can you look over it please ? ThanksRaveenS

- I had a look at it and firstly, I was re-directed to another page which only concerned with the LTTE that have been assasinated. So my recomendation is this, that all the "Murders and Assasinations" be takens from in and around Wikipedia, deleting them from other sources as we go, and then placed into three catergories, Foreign, Political and Military Assasinations and Murders. --Sharz 22:43, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
