In an effort to clean up the drifting tenses, ambiguities, and minor grammatical details, specifically in the "Allison Taylor" section, I was quickly thwarted with the admonition that the "rest of the page is like that", (so why should this section be corrected?). My reason for making these minor (and I sincerely believe, helpful) corrections is that, when I use a reference resource, such as an encyclopedia, it reinforces credibility when the text is not rife with errors. Some of us Wikipedia editors are Grammar & Spelling nitpickers. All Wikipedia editors should be Grammar & Spelling nitpickers, because otherwise we are simply left with amateurish text.--Son of Somebody 02:14, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
- There is a lot I would love to say to you, but can't due to the NPA policy. But, yes, I do care about grammer & spelling, but you were changing it to present tense, while leaving other past tense parts of that section and the entire page alone. Either rewrite the entire page so that it's in present tense, or let well enough alone. -- Scorpion 03:31, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
- Since you won't allow corrections, and since you care, it's up to you.--Son of Somebody 05:27, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
- I thought so. I'll allow corrections, just do the entire article. -- Scorpion 13:15, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
