Wacław "Vogg" Kiełtyka, born on the 17th of December 1981, Polish musician (composer)and instrumentalist. Graduate of musical school first and second degree and in Krakow in class of accordion academy of music. Guitarist of musical group Decapitated and from 1998 Lux Occulta, with cooperation from Krakow group known as Sceptic from 2006 with Renatą Przemyk.
