Warneet is a coastal village on the northern shore of Westernport Bay, just off the South Gippsland Highway about 66 km south-east of Melbourne, the capital city of Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Casey.
A small village of only 230 houses and a population of about 500 people. Known for excellent fishing, birdwatching and pleasant walking tracks along the foreshore and in surrounding bushland. Warneet is not immune to the ever developing push in this world, recent conflict has arisen over the application for the subdivision of land blocks. The town is serviced periodically by the 795 bus route operated by Cranbourne Transit. General Store located in nearby village of Blind Bight.
