Boyz II Men on yhdysvaltalainen soul/R&B-yhtye Philadelphiasta, Pennsylvaniasta.
Boyz II Men perustettiin vuonna 1988. Se julkaisi vuosina 1992-1997 viisi listaykköskappaletta ja on myynyt yli 25 miljoonaa levyä. Vuosina 1990-2000 yhtyeellä oli levytyssopimus Motown Recordsin kanssa, jonka jälkeen se siirtyi Universal Recordsille. Yhtyeessä on nykyään kolme jäsentä Michael McCaryn jätettyä sen skolioosinsa takia vuonna 2003.
