Le Gothabilly - aussi appelé Hellbilly - est un style musical au croisement du Psychobilly et de la musique gothique (comme le Batcave, le Death Rock ou le Horror punk). Musicalement plus proche du Psychobilly ou du Rockabilly, le Gothabilly aborde des sujets morbides et/ou horrifiques, généralement propres au mouvement gothique.
Le terme utilisé est un mot-valise combinant Goth et Rockabilly.
