Flag of Tuvalu originally from the Open Clip Art website.
Colours:
- Pantone 549C for sky blue used by the British Navy ([1])
- Pantone 116C for the stars described as 'golden yellow' ([2], [3], [4])
- Pantone 186C and 280C for the Union Jack ([5])
- conversions to RGB values in Photoshop
