Oceanborn è il secondo album della band finlandese Nightwish, rilasciato la prima volta nel 1998 da Spinefarm Records.
Le canzoni possono esser divise tra "fantasy", come The Pharaoh Sails To Orion, Swanheart, e Walking In The Air (quest'ultima canzone diventata anche sigla di trasmissioni sulla TV finlandese), "teatrali" come Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean e "religiose" come Gethsemane e Passion and the Opera.
