Mary-Kate Olsen og Ashley Fuller Olsen (f. 13. juni 1986) er to filmskodespelarar frå Sherman Oaks i California. Dei toegga tvillingane starta karriera i fjernsyns-serien Full House (Under samme tak) då dei var 9 månadar gamle. Der delte dei rolla som vesle Michelle Tanner.
Etter kvart fikk tvillingane Robert Thorne som manager. Som 6-åringar spelte dei inn sin fyrste film, To Grandmother's House We Go. Seinare, då systrene vart eldre spelte dei inn ein ny fjernsyns-serie kalla Two of a Kind (Tvillingtrøbbel). Då tvillingane vart 14, spelte dei inn fjernsyns-serien So Little Time.
15 år gamle kom dei i Guinness rekordbok for høgste inntekt for ei barnestjerne på fjernsyn.
I 2002 fekk dei førarkortet. I 2004 hende det mykje for Mary-Kate og Ashley. Fyrst vart dei uteksaminerte den 7. juni, og berre få dagar seinare fylte dei atten. Då fikk dei kontroll over heile formua si, som dei hadde jobba seg opp til i 18 år. Dei vart òg presidentar i selskapet sitt, Dualstar. Same året starta begge på New York University, og dei fekk ei stjerne på den prestisjetunge Hollywood Walk of Fame.
