Who is Alex Peterson and how can the license be verified? Why was the first version of this photo tagged as "fair use"?

For clarification, I am Alex Peterson. I should have used my username instead to clarify. I accidentally tagged the first version as fair-use because I was new to the software at that time and made an honest mistake. I apologise for any problems, and henceforth the licence shall be GDFL as I originaly intended. PS: If you need proof I am who I say I am, I have the original photo and negative lying around my house somewhere. Just ask. ☭ Zippanova 08:38, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
