[edit] Summary
Human feces in a toilet after defecation. Among other things, note the mucus coating and bits of partially undigested food.
[edit] Unusual Shape
Some toilets are designed with the well in the front of the fixture with a nearly-flat bottom in the rear. This stool coiled itself up as it landed, which resulted in what you see in the image.
