Newark and Sherwood er et administrativt distrikt i Nottinghamshire i England. Det består for det meste av landsbygd, med flere større skogplantasjer, samt de tre små byene Newark-on-Trent, Southwell, Ollerton.
Distriktet ble opprettet 1. april 1974 ved sammenslåing av Newark, Newark landdistrikt og Southwell landdistrikt. Opprinnelig het det bare Newark, men dette ble endret med virkning fra 1. april 1995.
