South Holland er et administrativt distrikt i Lincolnshire i England. Administrasjonssenteret er Spalding.
Distriktet ble opprettet 1. april 1974, ved sammenslåing av Spalding, East Elloe landdistrikt og Spalding landdistrikt. Det har sitt navn etter det tidligere administrative grevskapet Holland.
South Holland grenser mot Boston i nord, The Wash og grevskapet Norfolk i øst, Cambridgeshire og Peterborough i sør, South Kesteven i vest og North Kesteven i nordvest.
