Premiul Oscar pentru cel mai bun actor este unul dintre premiile acordate actorilor care lucrează în industria filmului în cadrul ceremoniei Premiilor Oscar. Premiul este acordat de Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences; nominalizările sînt făcute de membrii Academiei care sînt actori şi actriţe.
Premiul se decernează anual începînd cu 1928.
