Wilhelm Hauff

Wilhelm Hauff (November 29, 1802 - November 18, 1827) was a German poet and novelist.
Some of his works are very popular in German speaking countries to this day, such as Der Kleine Muck, Kalif Storch, Die Geschichte von dem Gespensterschiff, Der Zwerg Nase - all playing in the Orient - Das kalte Herz or Das Wirtshaus im Spessart, both playing in Germany.
